Meditation & Mindfulness.
Want to learn how to meditate or be more mindful? Finding it hard to meditate or build a consistent practice? Looking for a workplace wellbeing session or program?
Welcome, you’ve come to the right place.
Meditation and mindfulness support is available.
Meditation and mindfulness are powerful, evidence-based practices that offer profound benefits for your overall health and wellbeing.
I offer 1:1 private coaching as well as workplace and group sessions to help you develop or deepen your meditation practice and live more mindfully — all levels and experience are welcome.
My approach is practical, accessible, and easy to integrate into everyday life.
Drawing on a wide range of cognitive (mind-based) and somatic (body-based) techniques, I support you to use meditation as a tool to find calm and cultivate a greater sense of inner safety.
Meditation and mindfulness is open to everyone - not just those who care for or with children and young people.
I am a fully qualified teacher, registered with the Australian Meditation Association.

Each session is formulated to share practical tools to access calm, and support wellbeing.

This will depend on whether you are attending individual or one-off sessions, or the 6-week package.
One-on-one sessions are an opportunity for you to get personalised support tailored to your needs and goals. A range of mind-body techniques are generally explored. This allows you to explore what works best for you, in a supportive environment.
You may only want one session, or you may prefer ongoing sessions.
During the 6-week package Meditation Made Simple: Start Your Practice, we’ll explore a range of topics and practices.
Each week builds gently on the last, offering a steady and supportive introduction to meditation and mindfulness. You’ll be guided through a variety of techniques, with space to explore what feels most natural and helpful for you.
Sessions include a short conversation about a key aspect of mindfulness or meditation, gentle somatic or relaxation-based movement, guided meditation practice(s), and time for questions or reflection.
The aim is to help you build confidence and comfort with meditation, and to find a way of practicing that fits naturally into your life.

In each of these situations, I would speak with you first wherever possible.
