Meditation and mindfulness are powerful, evidence-based practices that offer profound benefits for your overall health and wellbeing.

I offer 1:1 private coaching as well as workplace and group sessions to help you develop or deepen your meditation practice and live more mindfully — all levels and experience are welcome.

My approach is practical, accessible, and easy to integrate into everyday life.

Drawing on a wide range of cognitive (mind-based) and somatic (body-based) techniques, I support you to use meditation as a tool to find calm and cultivate a greater sense of inner safety.

I am a fully qualified teacher, registered with the Australian Meditation Association.

I run free meditation and mindfulness sessions at Chronic Pain Australia and Look Good Feel Better (as part of the Cancer Patients Foundation, Feel Better Fridays Program.
